Simply Italian Bakery - Hamilton

Yesterday, we decided to grab a meal at a clean and inviting restaurant. We opted for the pizza, which was absolutely delicious with its perfect crust and toppings - one of the best I've had in a while. To finish off, we indulged in a blueberry cheesecake that was also very good. The friendly and attentive staff made our dining experience even better. We can't wait to return!

Honestly, we have visited this restaurant several times and while the first visit was great, the subsequent ones have been hit or miss. We usually stop in for desserts and aside from the cherry cheesecake (which is probably their most popular), the other desserts are always stale. The restaurant has potential, so I hope they listen to this feedback and make some changes. They should consider reducing batch sizes, rotating products more frequently to ensure freshness, and using FIFO (First In, First Out) to prevent serving old food. It's not fair for customers to pay for stale food. The restaurant is building a reputation, so they should focus on the long-term. I want to continue supporting this local business, but I had to go elsewhere for a catering event because of the inconsistency. It's disappointing to spend money on something and then have to throw it out. I hope to give them one last chance in the future.

We visited this restaurant for some gelato and it was amazing! We particularly enjoyed the dark chocolate and cherry flavors. The restaurant is charming and offers a variety of items from pizza to dessert to coffee. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Very good pizza, friendly staff clean store great selection I will definitely shop there again. I bought a loaf of sourdough which I shall try this evening if looks are anything to go by amazing is in the offing. added note....The sourdough loaf was very good
