Extremely slow service from a server I didnt recognize (I go there often, I recognize most of them). Not filling our waters a single time, not confirming our orders promptly at all (shout out to Jimmy for always being amazing at that). But even the food quality was down tonight. Overcooked, bland steak, dry wontons, dry scallops, sushi and sashimi cut sloppy. Overall just not worth the expensive price that I can usually justify. Hope this is a one off experience. Il be back as regular and lover of this restaurant, but if the food/service is like this again, they just might lose a very loyal customer.
It was my girlfriend’s and I first time at this restaurant. I had read somewhere that it was readers choice for sushi. It did not disappoint. The food was amazing, the service was great and the price was very reasonable. Definitely going back. I have to add though, it was very weird that I couldn’t debit, it’s only credit card or cash I believe.
Was taken here by my sister for my birthday lunch and I enjoyed the outing. Service was top notch, even had a robot deliver us some sushi. It was all you can eat and the food came out promptly and hot. It was an excellent experience, no complaints. Reasonable prices,$120 for three people with drinks
Pros. The table service was actually great. We have been several times and were lucky enough to have the same server each time! He is so quick, never frazzled and always efficient. Doesn’t miss anything.The food was great, came quickly.However the host was miserable!!! When she went to seat us, we asked if we would be able to have a booth instead of the table this time… well that seemed to upset her a great deal. It was like she was the gatekeeper of the booth. She rolled her eyes, got all snippy, I think she began to sulk about it!!.. I actually said forget it, we don’t want to upset you. Figured this may have been a one off and maybe she was having a bad day until we saw another host do the same thing to another table!! It seemed like they unexpectedly had more people arrive for their dinner and asked to move to a table outside. Well what a huge inconvenience that was for her!!! I actually heard her say..’well now we have to sanitize this one again so I don’t know!’The point is if I’m paying money to dine in your establishment I should be able to sit where I am comfortable. That being said, I’m aware of the way things go when seating tables to keep things even etc.. bottom line, there’s a way to communicate with people and that is NOT it!! The young girls ‘hosting’ (angrily marching you to your table) need retraining! Thankfully our experience was redeemed by the amazing server at our table!!
Delicious as the last time we were here. My mom too enjoyed herself. Even our two kids ate , and the funny thing is that there're fussy eaters! Well worth the money the servers were in there A game! We worth the money. Thanks you team!!! ?
