The Express Italian Eatery - Hamilton

We recently hosted an event for our daughter's confirmation ceremony at the Westdale location for 30 people. This was the third time we had used this venue for a party and once again we were not disappointed! The restaurant was closed for our private party in the afternoon. Everything was amazing, from the setup of the room (tables, decorations, place settings) to the service and, of course, the food. Santino was easy to work with and provided everything we needed. He was also on site on the day of the event and he and his team took care of everything! We will definitely continue to host events here and dine in as well! Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

This is Express always excellent! I recently had an event there and it was very smooth. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was hot and delicious everything came on time and as expected. The room was perfect for our little party and everyone was comfortable and happy. I couldn't say anything about the express. Special thanks to Chef Santino who went the extra step to create personal GF and VEG meals for our guests. Thanks Santino, everything was a hit!

Our meal was good, but I am forced to write this because the excellent service we receive from Kenniesha. She was welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered suggestions that benefited our bill. She was pleasant, fast and attentive, without crying. We also... noticed that they kindly have a bowl of water to a dog with his family on the outdoor terrace. Wonderful to see a busy server needs time to be so considerate!

I went to this restaurant with some friends. The service was pretty good, but we were all disappointed with the food. The pasta was under seasoned, the garlic bread was stale, and the chicken dish I ordered was bland. My friend ordered the steak sandwich which was oily and had stale bread. The steak and cheese panini had very little cheese. The staff was friendly, but the meal was not enjoyable. None of us liked our dishes.

Great service, metered parking available. Picnic tables out front for outdoor dining. Great wood cooked pizza and calzones are amazing. Very pleasant dining experience.
