The Works Gourmet Burgers - Hamilton

The one thing you'll get from The Works is consistency. It is good, quality food and you will get it everytime. Tastes awesome with great portion sizes. Love the rings and pickles, probably the best around.

As all The Works, this location didn't disappoint. Good quick service, constant refills to all our drinks and the food was as good as any other location we've been to. Like all The Works, way more food than you need and you want to finish it, but most of us didn't as we we're all too full. We all have various burgers, fries, poutine and spicy chips with onion rings as an Appetizer. I would have been happy just with onion rings and poutine. :). Highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Hamburgers are fabulous. Most impressive was the service. Our waiter was excellent friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. His interactions with various types of customers was always both friendly and courteous. Manager Paul stopped by to check on things, always a good sign in a restaurant. Great place for a meal..

Second visit to this location. The burgers are really good. The service is good. The manager Paul is especially attentive and genuinely appreciative of his customers' patronage. I would definitely return to this location.

A very good location in the mall and close to the arena and lots government offices, i'm sure the lunch rush is crazy here. As with any "the works" locations the burgers are unique but I still think that the patties themselves are very bland.
