Contribuisci feedbackI edited my review, the service her is very slow, 5 or 6 team members are working for the drive through but only one works for the inside orders sometimes the the restaurant is not enough for the waiting line, i really hate tim Hortons places with drive through.but the place still great and the team are very nice and friendly.
Friendly staff , well kept, good hospitality.I had never tried an ice cap. A friend with either me to try it. The lady at the counter also asked me to sample it first. Oh my! I can say that I will definitely buy it a second time. ?? ????
Filthy dining area. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was almost no cream cheese. Expensive bagel with a bit of cheese.
Don't waste your time. 15 minutes in the drive through for a coffee and a wrap. I get the coffee and ask me to wait around the corner for the wrap.
The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely dreadful. The server, a woman named TROLL, was the worst I've ever encountered. She needs to learn how to treat others with respect. We're paying for our meals, not asking for handouts. It's crucial that she learns some basic manners when dealing with customers. Tim Hortons' standards are declining due to the behavior of their employees. They should take note of this and provide training to help their staff improve their customer service skills.
