The staff seemed inexperienced and the service was quite poor.

Tim Hortons is typically excellent, and I usually have a great experience there. Occasionally, they make a mistake, but I just return to get it resolved. Nobody's perfect! I just ordered from Timmies tonight, and it was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

I'm really surprised that this is the first Tim Hortons where they refused to make tea. I asked for a peppermint tea, and the employee told me they weren't making any at that moment. I definitely won't be returning after that experience.

I dont know how many different ways they can mix up my order and then argue with me when they give me the completely wrong items. Please hire staff that understand the spoken language of the general population.

Waited ten minutes for food. Could see people in the back just sitting doing nothing. Then they told us someone stole our food and that they already made it. Seemed like they were trying to get rid of us without giving us what we paid for.
