Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant review is a hilarious one! The service was incredibly fast - the fastest I've ever experienced! We ordered frostys and were greeted at the window with a question on how we wanted to pay, in an unrecognizable yet loud accent. It's a fast food place, but I have a good sense of humor and I absolutely love it!
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor, making it nearly impossible to communicate with them about anything. It seems as though the staff lacks the energy to be present and are consistently rude and careless, always displaying a negative attitude. I have been attempting to contact them for over a week regarding a lost set of keys, only to be met with confusion and told to call back in a few minutes. It shouldn't be so difficult for them to check their back office for the keys or to take a moment to search the booth where I was sitting when I lost them. The only positive aspect is/was Sandra, who has been working there since my high school days.
Pretty typical Wendy's location. It was clean inside and the food took a reasonable amount of time. Double JCB, fries, and dollar frosty are great ? Though the frostyccino was 90% ice and sooo flavorless : Their coffee in general isn't great...
We were so hungry. The entire meal messed up. I asked for a combo and to upsize to large. The drink was medium. My daughter asked for a chicken ceasar but got a regular ceasar with no croutons and no dressing. My son had a strand of hair on his burger. What a bad
No matter how many times you ask at their drive-thru. If you can have something made from fresh you will never ever get it. Everything I buy there every time I give them another chance it is cold. It is always cold and half of them can't speak English and they're not very nice with their customer service. I would stay away from here which is such a shame because Wendy's has a really great menu but this is not a place that you would want to try it on main West in Hamilton. Also half the time you're the only one in the drive-thru and you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for service and then when you get to the window a lot of the times it's the wrong order anyway..
