My spouse and I often go to the Waterfront and we were on Thanksgiving weekends and talked to some of the employees. These poor people do not know whether they will have jobs for summer staff in the near future or next summer. This is not a person we want to represent in Ward 2. Maybe he doesn't care about the employees in his department because he doesn't live there. We feel so bad for the people who work there, treated in such a non-maintaining way.
I visited Pier 4 to meet a friend and this café was right there. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee just took us in. The place was full of happy people enjoying their drinks and food. I loved my brewed coffee and... Friend enjoyed her tea and buttercake.
Popped in before lunch Feb 08 for a latte and cappaccino . Show our QR codes when we sat inside. The male server was very rude and short with us I don't even have a chance to give my reward number...him. After the payment of over 10.00 the person who made the coffees went to put them in paper cups, I recommended that we sat and wanted correct cups. We won't visit again, the dining area is always dirty. You know that they have the location, so the service doesn't matter to them, we think they know that people will still return to this place. Too many other places with good coffee now.
Absolutely terrible. Microwave for breakfast sandwich and small portions for expensive prices. Asked for changes and cash register denied. I was here a few times, but today was the worst. There was a little hair on my plate with my meal and around our...absolutely stupid time, we were going to say goodbye through 3 BABY MICE. Shame and shameful waste of space. Reported all the problems to managers and he did not seem to be disturbed as there was a mice family living in the place. Hemp
Location is pleasant, with a good view of the lake or marina. Free parking is close. Because of that, it is popular, so I guess they don’t have to try very hard to provide a good dining experience. The place was dirty, like do they...know what a broom is, and how to use it. Had a tuna sandwich. I think they must buy the cheapest tuna available. It was soaking in water, to the point water was dripping out (before I squeezed it in with my napkin). Everything else was just so-so. Prices are high, but that’s because of the location, and not the food or surroundings. I wouldn’t revisit, and I don’t recommend it.
