Zen Lounge - Hamilton

We ordered two bottles of Captain Morgan, and they were watered down; the color was lighter and it tasted mostly like water. The staff seemed to assume we were all too drunk. Additionally, they attempted to charge us again for items we had already paid for. This is the second time they tried to take cash from me without explanation or justification. I paid everything in cash, yet they still kept asking for payment. It felt like they were waiting for us to be intoxicated before trying to take more money from us, which is very suspicious. The shisha service was poor, as it never moved and we often had to ask for assistance. The music was okay, but overall, I'm unlikely to return. Dealing with the staff here is simply not worth it.

It was my birthday, I went with my table of 10 and an additional table of 5. You could all sit together in a stand, Vibe was great, drinks were reasonable and service was great

Unbelievable place if you only have a few drinks and want to talk to friends. Great for a girl's night outside.

The mood was great and the food was good. Definitely for a night.

Cool vibe but limited numbers and time limit because covid. Would be a cool place to chill for a while and have drinks. Music was cool
