Many thanks to the crew of dunkin! and we do not forget the masterminds that cook in the kitchen. they are very detailed and the taste of all delicious meals are excellent! if I had to recommend dunkin in the state of new jersey, it would be the dunkin' 3100 quakerbridge road! I love you. are you the best?
On Sunday I went to this dunkin and ordered 3 commands of hathbrowns and two muffins. when I came home and checked, the hathbrowns were all dry, burned and hard, and the upper sides of the muffins were also burned. When I drove back, the man took in the register her, put her back to heat her, then told me that they were new, although they were oozing fat and harder and black. when I told him that they were worse, he argued with me that they were new when he finally pointed out that I was out of that without saying anything, then he took his time back to give me new food. I came to Dunkin, who demanded that the situation comes to me, but of course there was no answer.
Ok. I can't stand the old man who keeps the tip cup smack in the front. I order a donut, a bagel and coffee. He coughs a wet cough, doesn't cover his mouth, my bags are open as he handing me my coffee, bags and straw. I tossed everything in the garbage. I felt disgusted, turned off. Never again. I can't ignorance. But always looking for a tip. I wasted $7.11 down the drain.
Horrible customer service, looks like employees are not trained. The screen above they heads said if you join the Dunkin’ Donuts app you get a free medium drink. I joined and the offer said you don’t need a coupon. I asked for the manager, he didn’t even know about the offer, remained clueless and proceeded to try to charge us for a FREE drink. Then took us off the line and stated that we need to make a mobile order when we was ordering with the cashier already, had to wait and start the process all over again and manager still was dumbfounded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN DONUTS TO NO ONE, LINES WERE LONG INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
