El Guajillo Mexican - Hamilton

Last night was my second visit to this restaurant, and my first time dining in. The place is incredibly charming and colorful, with plenty of seating for a spot that primarily caters to takeout. The complimentary chips and salsa are outstanding; we could have easily polished off three baskets of chips! We shared the chicken flautas, which were perfectly crispy and always a delight. I finally decided to try the birria tacos that I've been wanting to taste, and wow, they were fantastic! I can't stop thinking about them. The flavors of the food are consistently excellent, and you'll definitely leave feeling full and satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for some great Mexican cuisine!

Wow, the food here was incredible! I've been searching for a taco spot that serves birria for quite some time, and I'm so glad I discovered this place. I ordered the birria taco platter along with tamales, both of which were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back for more!

This is what they call a ?taco salad bowl? literally ALLLLLLL rice for days. Barely any lettuce ??????????????? Walked to the counter to pick up my order, the woman was coughing everywhere all over the food nonstop and she wasn?t even wearing a mask? idk how I handed her my credit card.

The Mexican food here was average; nothing particularly impressed me that would make me want to come back. Everything I tried was a bit oily. The salsa was lacking in flavor, and the limes were quite dry, which made it difficult to squeeze them onto my tacos. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean and offered a wide variety of menu options. However, the table service left something to be desired—it could be that they're a bit understaffed.

Some of the best Mexican food I?ve had in a while!! Found this spot after visiting the Grounds for sculpture nearby, and I?m so glad i did. Waitress was nice attentive. Interior was colorful and lively. I had fish tacos my sis had birria. The freshest fish tacos with rice beans I?ve ever had. Also very fairly priced even in this economy...where I?ve been to places that charge $16 for chicken nachos smh. Rlly wish this place was closer to me, but I?m almost 2 hours away. But will come again if i visit the beautiful sculpture garden again!
