Subway Sandwiches & Salads - Hamilton

A fellow with an unibrow gave me double(maybe triple) meat without me even asking!

Not impressed. I put up a pickup job and the sandwich had mayo on it (which I did not request, and somehow ruined the sandwich) and the root beer was practically club soda. when I notified them that the root beer syrup had to be replaced; No matter how I said, they couldn't find out what I told them. I would have asked for a refund, but they probably wouldn't have understood that either.

They have not imagined the most rude coworkers and will make their food sloppy, it is a complete waste of money.

This location has the most rude employees. my mother, who a disabled veteran and my son went to her lunch because they did not even recognize her. what this is not the first time that they choose not to pay customers. the sandwiches are sloppy and shrunk. I assume that this type is perhaps the owner or manager. idk. the young lady natalie who came from behind was the only decent employee with some customer service skills. I am not sure why they are open or in the service industry if there is a good service for customers. that's my last time I'm protecting this business. I guess we should have listened when we had friends to tell us we shouldn't go. we hear now. I don't recommend it.
