The Rustic Lantern Taphouse - Hamilton

We were on a trip and were glad that this place was on our way. We loved going to this historic building, which is well maintained. The service we received was great, the food was fantastic and it was great that they had BOGO Steak in our night, delicious. We loved the fresh salad bar and our cold beers met the place. Thank you for a wonderful experience, my only complaint is that you are far from my house to enjoy more.

I went to the city family weekend. We went to dinner. As always, service was great and dinner was great.

I had lunch there and it was really good. The waitress recommended adding a few things to my sandwich and it was great! Very good service at lunch!

So here's the thing in this place, they had a hard start with the kitchen staff. Decor is beautiful and price is fair. Food has improved, but is not what you expect. I still visit occasionally because I prefer to support this business than the new one that opened. The owner has invested a lot of effort in this business. It is worth a visit, very family-friendly.
