Contribuisci feedbackI normally don't eat burgers, but I decided to give my local BurgerFuel a try. BurgerFuel is a New Zealand burger franchise that has expanded to Australia and the Middle East. They have a green philosophy, using biodegradable packaging and plant-based ink for their labels. They offer whole grain or gluten-free buns, and have vegan patty options such as lentils, pumpkin-lentil, or tofu. Vegetarians can opt for a cheese slice or aioli, while vegans can choose avocado, satay, or other vegan sauce options. We also tried their kumara (sweet potato) chips, which are cooked in rapeseed oil. The vegetarian and vegan options are prepared separately from the meat products, and BurgerFuel has received approval from the New Zealand and Australian vegetarian societies.
