I have gotten sick twice here, even with clean board and freshly made roll. While it was yum, not worth it.

I was pleased to see that they are willing to prepare fresh sushi using new gloves, a clean mat, and a sanitized knife when I requested it. However, it’s important to note that you need to ask and be clear about your preferences, as there was no reaction until I did so.

I dine here regularly and have never encountered any issues. The staff is always willing to prepare a delicious, fresh roll while ensuring there’s no cross-contamination.
