I have gotten sick twice here, even with clean board and freshly made roll. While it was yum, not worth it.

I always eat here. Never had a problem and they are always happy to make a delicious fresh role, avoiding cross-contamination.

Happy to prepare fresh sushi with new gloves, on a new mat and cut with a clean knife when asked to : no reaction.But you do have to ask and be specific.
