Mcdonald's Frankton - Hamilton City

They prepare their hash browns in the same fryers as the fries, so I was hesitant to order fries for my son. It's a bit disappointing!

I always order a lettuce-wrapped triple cheeseburger without the cheese, making it gluten-free and dairy-free. I've also had their fries many times and have never encountered any problems.

The fries are prepared separately, which is nice! However, there is still a chance of cross-contamination. When you're hungry at odd hours, it's great to be able to grab some fries and a shake. Aside from that, the menu is pretty much the typical New Zealand McDonald's fare—nothing out of the ordinary.

I stopped by yesterday morning for a coffee and a light meal while I was waiting for new tires on my car. It was nice and quiet, which I appreciated. The food was just okay, but my cappuccino from McCafé was excellent.
