Hands down the most authentic Indian in Newcastle. For the spice lovers, try the bullet naan. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu, it's all amazing.

Several cuts above the other Indian option on Beaumont Street. Staff wonderful, food easy and generous helpings. What is also nice is that the menu is not the usual cliched choices.

I love my Indian food and used to go here when it was Indiana Raj. The food here now though is awesome, the best I have had. They did not have Chicken Tikka so I tried the Afghani chicken which was to die for. I also had a lamb Biriyani which was great. On top of the great tasting food,the service was second to none. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I can't wait to come back to this Indian delight. The staff are attentive the moment you walk in. We didn't have a booking and they accommodate this beautifully. It's lovely to have a restaurant in Newcastle that has later opening hours then 8pm The glassware and Crockery is stylish the environment is comfortable just other diners need learn to shut the door in winter. The menu lay out is clear and easy, The food was fresh and flavoursome. I wish we got more then 2 dishes but I definitely recommend a meat and a vegetable base one .We didn't wait long between courses but enough time to make sure we were comfortable and not overwhelmed with food. I had such a lovely night thanks to a great restaurant, brilliant food , and wonderful service. Thank you Kings XI

Was a bit hesitant as this site was a previous Indian restaurant - don't let this dissuade you .I am known to have a few curries in my time - but I put this one up there , as VERY good , the food very good quality- meats still tender and not over cooked.they specially made us chick tika masala - which is not on the menuI will be going back ALOT
