Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Everything was very good. I just wish a Cracker Barrel would open closer to home in Long Island NY.

I 'm probably not a reliable source when it comes to CB, b/c I Love Their Breakfasts! I typically get Mommas breakfast it never disappoints. I prefer it with blueberry pancakes and it 's great. I went during a late weekday morning, so it wasn 't crowded my server was wonderful. Only negative was their latte machine is broken I was told has been for a week or 2 : .

The country store needs more help, registers are always backedup. No supervision.

Cracker Barrel is my go to for a meal the feels as if it were cooked at home.

Overall it was a positive experience. Due to the fact that it was a holiday, it was extremely crowded. Our server was pleasant and helpful but somewhat overwhelmed. The food was good but not anything special. I hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel in a while, so I noticed the portions were definitely reduced since my last visit. I did have to ask several times for glass of water, refills of beverages and items that were supposed to come with the order. Again, our server was up to her eyeballs with guests but she did a great job. The understaffing was not her problem, however it did cause delays and repeating our requests. All in all she rose to the challenge of the packed house! Kudos!
