Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Workers were not very pleasant.They also said that I asked for no chicken on a CHICKEN WRAP. Not sure how they messed that up. Food took very long to come out but tasted pretty good.

4/16/2024 ordered smoothie and fruit bowl ! Smoothie was tasteless , fruit bowl was a lot smaller than what was shown on poster

It's quite delicious every time. My first time trying one of the smoothies was last month and I have been back once a week so far...even 2xs in one week because my Co worker wanted one as well.

The food was fine but we waited 40 minutes for a smoothie not even to mention the fact that we waited 20 minutes for the food and it still came out before the smoothies. Smoothies don't take 40 minutes to make if you're that behind hire more people or

Horrible service! I know at times it could get busy but you i think you can let customer know if his or her food is ready.I called to pick up and i went to the register to let the lady know that I was here for pick up. She told me the amount and I paid. I’m just really upset because she saw me with my baby that I set down to wait. She didn’t have the ability to let me know hey lady your food is right there.Is my first time here and honestly I didn’t know there was a place for pick up. Plus the shelf is facing the wrong way. It should be facing were the customer can see the item.
