Brightly's Farm Market - Hamlin

I had to edit my 5-star review after receiving Christmas gift certificate. I went to Brightly's to redeem gift certificate and was said I could not because it was bought online. Obviously, if you need to buy a gift card/certificate online you need to pay in their online store that has only about 20 items and even if I live nearby, I have to pay the shipping. I've never heard of such a policy, and it's totally discouraged.

I visited today and was unhappy with the cashier charging me wrong. He overloads plums as nectarines and cherry tomatoes as regular tomatoes. If the sum recommended was $3,50, not $9.00, he corrected the plums, but argued about the tomato price. Since it was unpleasant to me, I agreed to pay and recommended to update the price on their mark. The characters were visible from the check-out. Another employee intervened and told the cashier the difference between regular cherry tomatoes. The cashier did not apologize or admitted that he was wrong, he refunded the tomatoes then calculated the right price. I understand that mistakes happen. But there is a tactical way to treat them with a customer. It was a really unpleasant, unpleasant experience. I expected a friendly customer service from such a beautiful place.

I absolutely love going to this rustic farmer market to get my fresh fruits and vegetables. Not only that, but they have an amazing shop to get so many different items. I especially love to come here to support a local family when buying gifts for family / friends. I recommend you check this place!

Very expensive. The women who work here are not customer service friendly at all! The outdoor area is super sweet for small! The only reason I gave you two stars is that. Work on the appreciation of your customers!

Brightly's is a home town market, with big heart, creativity and around every corner there you will find something new that will tempt you to bring it home. Their building is packed with all sorts of unusual items from fruit to furniture that will keep you feeling welcome and glad you stopped in! Their staff is so friendly, ready to help you find what you need, as well as answering questions you might have about things you didn't know you need. Their produce is plentiful, always fresh and tasty don't forget to check out their baked goods, jams, jellies preserves as well as their vast selection of other delectables. Their plants are always healthy and well kept for you to adorn your home's. They have a managery of family oriented activities as well as their own version of a petting zoo. I have found myself just wanting to stay, sit and enjoy the whole experience of their good taste and people watch all those enjoying themselves just walking around in wonder. All in all, I can easily say Brightly's is a have to experience place to be. Near or far you will find an enjoyable experience at Brightly's!
