Terrible customer service and horrible attitude from the employees that you won't find at any other Firehouse location or likely any other business, for that matter. VERY slow getting orders processed even during non peak times. It's start with the management and ownership and if changes aren't made, you can start the clock on this franchise location. There are far too many other quality restaurant establishments in this community to patronize and spend your hard earned money than put up with rude and disrespectful employees and a substandard dining experience.
Ordered one simple sandwhich 3 people came in after me still haven 't received my order.Update : I asked about my sandwich they took about 4 more minutes to get it ready and then replied with a highly sarcastic "sorry you had to wait "Let 's be real though .... customer service is dead. I won 't be eating at this firehouse again. I 'm pretty sure they don 't care, but I 'd imagine once the bottom line suffers customer service will be important again.
Took 20 plus minutes for.... a.... sub... not a 5 course meal, a sub. I know i am impatient, but guess what firehouse? How does jimmy johns or jersey mikes give u fast service? I hope firemen don't take this long to make put out a fire.
Always friendly service. Location is clean and speedy with orders.
Super rude ladies working 6/14/23..ordered 30 mins before close and they had attitude about that fact loudly and verbally, repeating 15 minutes left . Was given the completely wrong sandwich and didn 't notice until home because they basically forced me out the door. Made to feel a bother for getting a drink because they were cleaning the machine, they locked the door 15 mins before close with customers inside. Close the place earlier if your employees are so miserable in the last hour.
