Starbucks - Hammond

Beautiful location and vibe. friendly cash. tasting latte. I went in and don't drive inside, so maybe my experience was better than others.

I was simply observing other diners to see if they enjoyed their meals.

Just this morning, the barista had the audacity to argue with me about charging for extra milk, even though it was clearly indicated on the drink sticker that I had already paid for it. I could tell they hadn’t added it, and when I calmly explained that my drink has been made incorrectly quite a bit recently and that I’ve been ordering this for years, her response was, “I’m sorry they’re having a bad morning.” I just walked away. I feel like they don’t care and are taking advantage of customers. For the price of these drinks, they should be perfect every time. Often, it seems like they just pour in the sauces without measuring anything properly. Many times, it tastes like barely any milk was added. This year, I’ve enjoyed my drink less frequently, even though I’m paying a lot for it, simply because I didn’t have the courage to ask them to make it correctly. I shouldn’t have to speak up every time I go there. I won’t keep spending $6 on a drink that’s been made incorrectly almost every time over the past year, especially when they either argue with me or give me a dirty look when I ask for a remake.

I also tried the iced white mocha in a venti size, with extra sweet foam and extra caramel, along with two cakes. Thank you for being such a wonderful coffee shop! I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I’ll definitely be telling my friends about the great service I received here.

What is going on with this Starbucks?!??? The line takes FOREVER to the point where I paid for two drinks but only could wait on one. We were in line for 36 minutes!!!!! Line is so restricting you just have to sit there and let it happen to you once you are there. Not sure about inside but the drive thru line is atrocious. Unless you have a day off and enjoy sitting in car lines….do not go here or go inside. I won’t be coming back here.
