Taco Bell - Hammond

I love the Mexican pizza and I didn't get sour cream on it like I wanted and I don't eat lettuce on my soft tacos and there was lettuce on it I asked them to put sour cream on it too but none was on it either. The workers and to busy fussing than working

I'm happy to see there are now vegetarian items on their menu. Food was made fast. They were holding interviews off to the side of the lobby the day I was there but yet the lobby was dirty. We had to clean the table and chairs off ourselves before we could sit down to eat.

The people are very nice. We've been there a few times lately. The food is good for what it is. B

We were the only customers in the place and the service was slow. We were made to feel we were bothering them. Two employees played on their cell phones while one was taking our order. My chicken quesadilla was burnt and my husbands food was cold. He brought his back and they made his order again. Still cold! We threw everything away. Unprofessional, singing loud and talking on their cell phones. Never experienced this from Taco Bell ever.

I like this tb. eating is always hot and it doesn't matter what they missed.
