First visit on Saturday night, definitely won't be the last. Lambs fry and bacon like Nan used to make. Great staff great food and a fantastic ambience. Worth the drive from Melbourne just for the entree let alone the main.. Thanks to the staff for a great night Steve and Trish

Our first meal out since recently moving to Ballarat....Nothing to fault here, the best ambience, more than generous and unbelievably delicious meals, fantastic hosts and a few interesting taxidermy pets watching over our meal choices, I didn't choose duck but he was giving me a stern gaze just in case : Loved it!! Returned after 2 years doing Clunes Booktown and use the lovely Ballarat as a base. Their Parma is still truly the best in country Victoria. Used their Facebook page to contact, booked a table on the phone, took a young bubba grandchild in a pram, made us feel very welcome. Short staffed on the night but did a great job regardless. Great food, wine, beer, people. What more could you want? See you soon guys.

My favourite pub in Ballarat. Amazing food. Great fun place , cold beers great reds. Relaxing beer garden winter or summer. Staff so friendly find lots of joy laughter always.

Omg best meal I'd had in a long time, the pub has a beautiful ambience about it , I had crumbed cutlets with mash and veg .
