Honey Dew Donuts - Hampstead

I visited this restaurant today and my order was prepared perfectly. However, I was not acknowledged and had to wait for about 5 minutes at the window while the staff member was chatting away, unaware of my presence. I even startled a man working inside when I tried to get his attention. Finally, the woman opened the window and I asked for my receipt. They had a sticker on the window stating that if the receipt was not provided with the order, the entire purchase would be refunded. When I inquired about this, they acted as if they had no knowledge of it and brushed it off. It was a comical experience and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I ordered two coffees, a bagel, and a sandwich. It was a simple order, but when I got to the window, a young woman repeated our order incorrectly and gave us the wrong food. We paid for our original order, but then we were charged again for the incorrect food. We chose not to argue and just left without our correct food.

Has always been a great place to go to rather than Dunks until you order a sandwich and the girl shakes her head at you and gives you attitude because her conversation was disrupted.

We got the lemonade red bull drink with the strawberry bursting pearls. Service was good they were all really friendly!! I'll definitely be going back.
