Sawmill Grill - Hampstead

Waited an hour to get a simple breakfast. Waited like 30 minutes to ever see a waitress. Breakfast isn’t hard to make and there were hardly any people there. Tons of people who arrived after us got their food long before us. I would never return based on the service alone. The food was good but not worth the wait. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I will go to McDonald's before going back in the sawmill! Not very clean, coffee sucked and the worst wait staff I've ever seen in a restaurant. It felt like to us if they didn't recognize you you did not get waited on. The sawmill restaurant in wrightsboro and the one in monkey junction should disassociate themselves with the one in Hampstead because it is absolutely horrible! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It’s not typical that I leave reviews, good or bad, but I’m astonished at how poorly they handle to-go orders. The online menu is incorrect to the point that I paid double what I expected to pay. Luckily for your wait staff, I’ve worked in the service industry so I still tipped, but I can imagine a lot of people wouldn’t after learning their meal jumped from $10 to $18 dollars for some meat and bread. Nobody told me a price over the phone either. I was really excited to try a new local place, but I’m super disappointed and will not be back. The food was okay, but not good enough to be worth it. This place is legit. Excellent breakfast choices. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

We love going to Sawmill Grill. Great food at a great price. Seriously, you can eat a high quality meal here cheaper than McDonald's.
