Cici's Pizza - Hampton

Not sure how the experiences of everyone is so stark. Our experience is always positive here. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I saw a lot of people complaining that there weren't many choices, but I'm not sure if they know that they can request anything to be made for them, if it's not already out. As for cleanliness, it hasn't been bad, at least to me. It looks like an older building, so the appearance may not be the best. As for not having ice or forks and such, we have experienced this here and there, but I feel like it is because of the supply chain disrupted by the pandemic. I think the spontaneous closings are also due to being short staffed from the pandemic. I can't be entirely sure, but yeah... All in all, we love coming here. We get to eat a lot of pizza and the staff are always friendly to us.

The service is always great! There's usually not a lot of people there if crowds are a concern. They will fix ANYTHING you want FRESH....doesn't matter if it's even already on the bar. Great great place. Customer service is A
