Overpriced for a chocolate devotion in a cone. I could have just purchased individual ingredients from the grocery store and made myself multiple times.I’m not sure if staff was having a rough day but they surely did NOT have good customer service especially when my kid was trying to engage with them.…I personally won’t be going back but I hope others have a better experience…

If you’d like cold stone go to the other location. It was dirty, the bathroom had no toilet paper, there was hair in the sink lots and lots of hair, and the paper towels were taken off the holder and put on top of the toilet paper holder to use for tp I guess.My chocolate ice cream tasted freezer burnt, my family had good ice cream, but not myself. There were 3 staff members, but only one person making our ice cream it took forever, not his fault there were multiple people in our party but, why not utilize the staff in the building…

Tons of options! Their creations that have peanut butter are my absolute favorite. Their pre-made/to-go cakes are really good, too. I've been to this location many times, and everyone I've ever interacted with has been friendly and patient. They don't rush you to make any decisions and are always happy to help.

Overall was very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered one scoop of coffee ice cream. A sweet cream fudge love it size for my husband. A chocolate silk like it sizes for my son. First time they gave me a like it size sweet cream with fudge and my coffee. The second time, they gave me a love it size chocolate silk shake and a like it size sweet cream with fudge shake. Was very disappointed on top of it being my husband's B-day and the only thing he wanted. Overall hated that I was not listened too the first time or the second and hated that I had to spend my money on something my husband didn't want because we were not about to give a 3-year-old a love it size. I know you only live once, but I wanted sleep that night. When I got in there, there were only 3 other people in there.

Great ice cream. I enjoy sitting on the patio eating it and enjoying the breeze.
