Domino's Pizza - Hampton

Hamptons Domino’s is always the BEST! I’ve never had a bad experience here. I use the pick up service where I push a button on the app and they bring it out in two minutes or less. The food is always delicious and cooked perfectly.

So my fiancé and I have been ordering 1-2 times a weeks for months with zero problem. Tonight after 2&1/2 hrs after ordering, it took 5 phone calls and my fiancé to go to the store to find out they hadn’t even started ours while other customers had no problems with ordering and delivery. They didn’t care and all they offered to say “sorry” was a free small drink or lava cake. The customer service team was rude and could care less if we got our food or not. Same with the employees of the store. Couldn’t explain why it happened or what they’d really do to fix it as we are loyal customers.Pizza is good but I’ve had way better from other domino’s. They can’t cut it to save their souls. Burn the cheesy bread or other breads we have ordered.Last time we order from this location again.

Another place where they are touching their cellphone and your food. Wash your hands more often or wear gloves.

I ordered fresh to the door delivery last night at 5:52 pm. Never received it. Called at 7:08 pm was advised we would have it in a few. At 7:20 pm pulled up the tracker and it said delivery completed, enjoy your order. I called back at 7:27 pm and was advised it was under investigation. I live 3 mins from this location. By then it could have been remade and delivered. I told the rep I was just going to dispute the charges and order Papa John's Pizza which I did. I love Domino's but this was very inconvenient for service I had already paid for and your staff couldn't come up with a resolution.

This location is a hit or miss and most of the time they miss. Placed a order for Medium extra sauce, extra cheese, and extra Pepperoni. This is what I got a pizza drying than the desert.
