Contribuisci feedbackWas weary going here cause of the reviews but I'm glad i did. Young lady greeted me with a smile and hello. She was respectful and actually cared to get my order correct. Didn't even flinch with my slightly precise order. Definitely a good employee and store.
Had a great experience. There was only one counter person on duty. She was calm and cool as she took all of our orders one by one. There was one disappointment, they were out of bacon ????.
We went in to get lunch and I?m not sure of the guys name but he has to be the manager or owner or something. We weren?t thrilled with our experience the two ladies we dealt with the other night were great but the man who made our subs today definitely has no idea what he?s doing. I asked for the new Baja chicken bacon and he tried to make it with steak and I corrected him telling him I wanted chicken and he still made my sub using the wrong chicken I was suppose to get rotisserie and instead got the chicken strips. My significant other wanted the BMT and had to remind him multiple times he wanted the BMT. He then toasted both of us subs even though he didn?t ask and my significant other didn?t want his toasted. He didn?t listen to anything we wanted on our subs or prepare them correctly. I use to work for subway and I can tell you the way he made our subs was not up to company standards. I felt bad for the girl working with him it seemed like she was doing everything and if he was less worried about what she was doing he might?ve made our subs correctly. Just overall very disappointed in this visit.
This Subway location is always great! Three best Subway's in Hampton are here, Coliseum crossing and Todd Center.
Worst experience ever the the guy was very rude and disrespectful I will never go there again he wasn't listening at all had to tell him how to make a sub 10 times he got smart with me and i go there all the time.
