Contribuisci feedbackThe female employee (tall, light-skinned) at this restaurant was rude. My experience working at Subway in the past made me notice that she doesn't follow the proper procedures when making sandwiches. She often doesn't put the correct amount of meat and cheese on sandwiches, and instead just does what she feels like. I have seen her being disrespectful and unkind to customers on multiple occasions. She also gets angry and yells at her coworker, claiming he is her boyfriend. I don't understand why she treats people this way, especially someone who is supposed to be close to her. She even acted mean towards a child who was present at the restaurant. Customers were waiting in line for over 20 minutes, even though it shouldn't take that long to make a sandwich. I would rather drive to Iowa Falls to get my Subway fix than to visit this location while she is working.
This place has improved since our last visit. The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food tasted fresh. We enjoyed our meal and didn't feel rushed to leave.
The restaurant's closing time is advertised as 10, but in reality, they start closing up at 9:27. They only allow in customers who have someone else with them and then hide in the back until they leave.
We stopped in Hampton to grab a sandwich tonight, our dogs were in the truck looking left out and Kyle gave us some chicken to feed the dogs!. Kyle was friendly and outgoing and our sandwiches were amazing! Thanks Kyle for the great service! We will definitely be back!
It’s good sometimes workers are horrible but some sandwich’s are good flatbread would not recommend it has a new thing its super thin and they had moldy tomatoes the other day
