I 'm Local resident. I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment, as I believe it 's important for you to be aware of customer feedback. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit. The server assigned to our table was notably impolite and did not meet the standard of hospitality one would expect from a restaurant of your reputation. Furthermore, I was disheartened to discover that the advertised 2 for 1 special, as mentioned on your menu, was not honored. The server explained that if one were to customize a burger by removing cheese, it would no longer qualify for the special offer, resulting in the full price being charged. Regrettably, this led to me paying full price for four burgers when I had initially intended to order two. Such discrepancies between the advertised offerings and the actual experience are disconcerting and have left a negative impression.
