The customer service was disappointing, to say the least. The staff member, a man wearing a green hoodie and a red cap, seemed more interested in playing on his cellphone than attending to customers. It was quite rude. I hope the other employees provide a better experience.

The food and service were excellent. Each dish is prepared to order, so there may be a wait, especially for certain meals. However, the restaurant is clean and organized, and they even play music videos while you wait. When the food arrives, it looks just like the pictures and is bursting with flavor. Overall, I would rate the food a 5/5.

Overall, the food is consistently excellent and just what I expect. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. When they answer the phone, there's no greeting or introduction; I’m often left listening to just breathing until I ask, “Hello?” I’ve also tried to speak with management about the pricing, but every time I request to see him, I’m told he’s “never there.” I order the same meal each time, yet the total varies with every order. Since this is the closest location to me, I keep coming back, but it’s frustrating.

Food and staff have improved at this location! Food is warm and taste is pretty good. Staff is friendly!

I like the flavor and the wing size. Got this for lunch and it was well worth the $15 for my ten piece forgot to get a photo before eating lol
