Contribuisci feedbackDuring our last visit, the server awkwardly tried to open a bottle of wine on the table instead of using the provided wine bucket while fetching glasses. There was no tasting offered, and they poured our small glasses as if they were serving brandy. To make matters worse, we received ice-cold coffee with our dessert, which certainly did not enhance our experience. While they did offer to make a fresh cup of coffee, who wants to wait when the cake is already served? This should not happen, especially during such busy hours. It seems that the servers really need more training and a genuine interest in improving the overall dining experience. I've never encountered the same server twice, which might explain some of the inconsistency. The food itself was delicious, so while I want to be optimistic about this restaurant, I cannot overlook the service issues. Unfortunately, that was not reflected in the tip at all.
To top it off, our dessert was accompanied by cold coffee, which made it hard to want to return. Although we were offered a fresh cup of coffee, who wants to wait when the dessert has already arrived? It’s essential for the servers to be trained and genuinely interested in enhancing the dining experience; I’ve never seen the same server twice, which contributes to the inconsistency. That said, the food itself was very good, so there is potential for improvement. We're disappointed but hopeful for better service in the future. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect well in the tip.
