We had made a reservation as we were also guests at the hotel and had seen on the website that there was a nice menu with attention to children's menus. Once we were promised a place, we received 1 menu for 5 people, which showed that the dishes were completely different and of lower quality than those on the website. No children's dishes were offered either. When we inquired about this, we only received a rather arrogant message that the website had not been updated and that it was simply different now. It's been three years now! This is misleading, to say the least. No excuses or alternative proposals for the child present in our party. We also waited another half hour without any kind of service. This meant that the size for us was full and we left. A little further along I found a restaurant with friendly service and delicious food Very disappointing! We will never make a reservation here again.

The gastronomic experience of other reviewers is completely out of the question. Is this restaurant of the Mercure hotel in Han-sur-Lesse. Checked the map at home via the internet and that still looks nice. Expensive but still worth trying. In the restaurant itself, a simplified version of the menu appears to be reality. Inquiries show that the menu on the internet is no longer up to date. A “Han burger” with a piece of chicken fillet. 29 euros. Ridiculous. Sub-par service. Nobody speaks English. Ended up paying almost 90 euros for bad food and bad service. Definitely not recommended!!

We ate very well. The quality of the products found in the dishes is worth the addition. The staff is very smiling, it's nice. The setting is calming and pretty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
