Each course is delivered and explained, usually detailed the ingredients and taste properties. The meal is not menu-based, but dictates availability and creativity of the cook by local ingredients. It is worth experiencing.
Since 2013 we have been enjoying dinner with Kauai Ono and it has only become better. Your food is fresh, hyperlocal and lets you feel alive! It's BYOB, so make sure you first hit the Princeville Wine Shop.
That was our second dinner with Kauai Ono. While dinner is previously unknown, it was excellent as before. Local and fresh and very tasteful. The conversations with the other participants were always fun and engaged. Great work Kauai Ono!
Reservation required. 2 large tables with 25 people at each table. Be ready to make friends. Byob. They're small, but good. Not a very filling meal, but the fish dishes are elegant. Add the restaurant 1-2 more dishes and some background music to mask all the sound in the tent. Would recommend.
Brilliant experience. Great farm-to-table execution. Met some wonderful like-minded people at the dinner as well. The conversations were so interesting that I didn't even realize that dinner was done. Ended up as one of the last few people to leave the tent. Would highly recommend!
