First visit.... I ordered dum biryaani as it's my fav But it was not up to par... Way too spicy️ burned my stomach Biryani at this outlet of parsa just doesn't measure up to their other locations... It was disappointing so i left without tasting any other dish

For all those visiting this review section for the first time, Parsa's Handwara is undoubtedly THE BEST cafe/restro in Handwara Town. Food quality is unmatched, aesthetics are visually stunning, interior is spacious and Parsa Standard, location is very convenient (near SP office you get a nice parking space), place is not much crowded and the host (Arsalaan) is super nice. I read some people asking for refunds for not liking the food. If you don't like the food, don't eat it or at least don't humiliate yourself by asking for a refund after eating the food, return it and the owner will surely apologize and give you a refund, although that is rarely bound to happen.
