El Pollo Loco - Hanford

This location by far is one of their worst. No customer service, the food is cold and there were hairs all over my chicken. They replaced the chicken that had hair on it but they acted like I did something wrong and they also use such vulgar language in the kitchen where you can hear every word.... Bought a ch bowl cripy shell n the ch was burnet n hard n dry. Basically they don't care what they give to the customers ! So sad haven't been ther in so long. Thank Parking: Walmat super center parking lot. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

For having gone my first time and because of the Drive thru everything was very good and the food was very tasty Kid-friendliness: There are dishes that can be for children.
