Jimmy John's - Hanford

I recently had my first experience at a JJ restaurant and I was impressed. Although it may be on the pricier side, the quality of the food definitely makes it worth it.

I placed an online order which was delivered to me. Unfortunately, the items I received were completely different from what I had ordered. When I called to address the issue, I was met with terrible customer service and was essentially told to deal with it. I was shocked that they didn't even offer to remake the order. Unbelievable.

Never had problem before. Great sandwich and customer service on the weekend. Today they just threw everything on the bun. Sandwich was not cut all the way. My husband sand meat was falling of and they wrapped it that way. I stopped at the table andunwrapped the sandwich and fixed it. Had to pull sandwich apart and it fell apart when eating. Felt rushed no napkins had toask.very disappointed in the customer service today. Very sloppy . We are from out of town and stop by because of the greatcustomer service we have before. It will be a while before we go back.

I recently tried JJ's for the first time and I was impressed with the delicious sandwiches, friendly staff, and clean environment. I would definitely give it a 10/10 rating.

The girls working at night are always pleasant and make great sandwiches. I always get my order done very quickly. Unfortunately it does feel pretty hot in the store at times that sitting down to eat is hard. Wouldn't be back if it weren't for the goodcustomer service.
