The hops were clean, the sandwich was good and the Mac salad was also surprisingly good

I placed an online order for pickup and was happy to find that my food was ready on time. I was impressed that my special instructions were followed, as this level of accountability is often lacking in this city. Many times orders are wrong and no one seems to care, so I was very pleased with the service today. Thank you.

The managers at this restaurant are extremely unprofessional and rude. When there are long lines, they do not assist their team and instead laugh and leave their employees to handle everything on their own.

If I could give this Port of Subs zero stars, I would. Do not spend your money here. The management mistreats its employees and the food is subpar compared to other Port of Subs locations.

When in Hanford, we drove past this place on the way somewhere else for 7 years! We tried it and NEVER LOOKED BACK! SO FRESH, fantastic bread choices even a monthly special, great servings, delicious food. We missed all this for years. Don't make the same mistake we did. Try it today. You want be disappointed. Best sandwiches ever.
