Salt N Pepper Cafe/restaurant/bar

There was a bit of miscommunication when we first arrived. We were told to grab a menu and take a seat, which led us to believe that someone would take our orders at the table. After waiting for a while, we realized we needed to go up to the counter. Oops! However, this was quickly forgiven thanks to the prompt delivery of our breakfast meals, which were delicious! Service: Dine-in.

I recently enjoyed a breakfast at this restaurant and was quite impressed. The meal was priced between NZ$20 and NZ$30, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of food. The pancakes I ordered were outstanding and definitely a highlight of my visit. In terms of service, I would rate it 4 out of 5; the staff was attentive and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere also received a score of 4 out of 5, creating a pleasant setting for a morning meal. Overall, I highly recommend trying the pancakes here!

Honestly couldn't recommend this place highly enough!! Best place in Hanmer for sure ended up here 3 times in 3 days for brunch and for dinner, did not disappoint. The food was amazing, the staff were so lovely and very accommodating and the setting is beautiful Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
