Today, I tried the classic dish of 1.5 servings of extra-large ramen for 800 yen. This restaurant is located at the southern tip of Osaka Prefecture, reportedly founded by a famous Chinese ramen shop in Wakayama. They specialize in Wakayama-style soy sauce tonkotsu ramen, and of course they also have Chinese-style ramen on the menu. Despite the lingering summer heat, I found myself craving this hot and delicious ramen. They have taken measures for COVID-19 prevention. This is a ramen shop in Hannan, Wakayama. It is located right on the border of Osaka prefecture. I visited after confirming by phone on January 2, 2021. Hayazushi was only serving chuka soba as they would start serving from January 5. There were quite a few customers early in the new year. There was a friendly old man guiding parking in the parking lot. I had the special chuka char siu noodles. The chuka was just a normal ramen. It had been a while since I had Wakayama ramen, but personally I prefer the original Iede Shoten. Revisited on September 18, 2021. The Kishiwada Danjiri Festival, which was once canceled, was being held again. I couldn't follow the brave people risking their lives for the festival, so I visited a ramen shop that is just barely not in Wakayama. I had mentioned before that this ramen was not to my taste, but upon further consideration, I realized that I prefer it with less salt. Looking on the table, I found the ramen sauce and adding a little made it to my liking. I'm sorry. You can't adjust something that is too salty, but being able to add sauce if it's too light is a nice stance to be able to accommodate a wide range of customers' needs. Also, the old man managing parking in front of the shop was cheerful.
一山越えれば和歌山県。 大阪泉南で、本格和歌山ラーメンが食べれます。 ラーメン700早寿し150巻すし150 いただきました。 本当にベタな和歌山ラーメン スープはあっさりしてるので、全て飲み干しました。食べ始めは薄く感じますが、食べ進めると丁度良いです! 濃い味が好みの方は、備え付けのラーメンダレを足して下さい。 早寿しも巻寿しも美味しかったです。 ご馳走さまです。
大阪府阪南市の阪和自動車道阪南ICそばの和歌山ラーメンのお店です。 和歌山市で超有名店の井出商店の親戚の方が営業されているお店のようです。 メニューは、中華そば・特中華そば・各大盛りと生玉子入り中華そばです。生玉子入り中華そばは大盛りはないようです。その他、ゆで玉子・早すし・巻すしがあります。 訪問した時は、半分くらいの方が中華そばと早すしを食べていました。 ラーメンは詳しくないのでよくわかりませんが、旭川の蜂屋さんのようなスープでした。こがしスープなのでしょうか。でも、しごくスープが美味しかったです。久しぶりに美味しいスープでした。いつもは、スープjは飲まないようにしているのですが、他の人が美味しそうに飲んでいるので、抑えきれずに飲んでしまいました。お店の雰囲気も昭和な感じがして、好感が持てます。また行きたいです。
