Gino's Pizza - HANNON

For the last 3 years I was getting pizza here for lunch probably once or twice a week! Great food and reasonably priced as I could get 2 slices, a pop and dip for 10 . The staff was normally always friendly with the exception of one lady I was always polite and left a tip every time. In December of 2021 I was diagnosed with a medical condition, in January of 2022 I was given a medical exemption as I am no longer able to wear a mask! I kindly explained this to the employees on my first visit not wearing a mask, well not only did they refuse to serve me, they were extremely ignorant and asked me to leave when I asked if there was any way they could accommodate me my exemption. They refused. I'm absolutely disgusted how I was treated, especially after being such a regular customer!!! Shame on you. I drive an extra 20 minutes EACH WAY to go to the smithville location even now that masks are no longer required.

Twice now we have ordered and it's not ready for pick up when they say it will be. This past Saturday was the worst. We ordered for a work event the day before. I called to confirm everything was in order. It wasn't ready until 30 minutes later than the confirmed pick up time. There was also another guy in the store waiting with the same issue. Good food , bad service.

Waly and staff are really helpful and nice, their smiles make me happy while I’m there ordering. Orders don’t take too long and waiting times are reasonably better compared to other pizza places. I would highly recommend Gino’s pizza to anyone who hasn’t been there, trust me you won’t regret it.

This place is one of a kind. Great pizzas with amazing flavour, always served fresh with great crust and flavour. One thing I really loved about this place is that the staff and owners are were really helpful and nice, their smiles make me happy while I’m there ordering. Orders don’t take too long and waiting times are reasonably better compared to other pizza places. I would highly recommend Gino’s pizza to anyone who hasn’t been there, trust me you won’t regret it.
