BISTRO Schweizerhof - Hannover

The menu has confirmed our good impression from the previous year. the kitchen is very solid and offers a few creative and successful jokes. In view of the moderate price level, the “Bistro Schweizerhof” remains a recommended address in hannover.

Marcel elbruda shows that he has creativity and feeling for vocal compositions. this is also clearly above the average, except for small things. so it remains somewhat surprising, the Swiss court flies so completely under the radar. the potential for a higher baptism is present in any case.

First you hate the service, you did a great job. the ability, my wife and I fell at home with their on the earth humor and smile. next, eating was excellent, absolutely nothing to complain, everything was cooked to...absolute perfection. all in all we had an excellent evening. only suggestion for an improvement would be to move their restaurant to Denmark, so we don't have to travel so far to feed again.

Had a great lunch at this restaurant attached to the Crowne Plaza Hotel on our last day in Hannover. Staff could not do enough to help. Great wine and my wife's beef and my veal was excellent. Will definitely return. Thanks guys.
