My daughter (30 years) was in this Ikea yesterday. It was very stressful at the checkout. Unfortunately she noticed too late that a lamp she bought remained paid at checkout. Today she went to Ikea and reported her misfortune. They didn't believe her there and she had to pay the lamp back.
