Contribuisci feedbackThe selection is limited to only meat and fish dishes, literally no beside dishes of any kind and start eating. the menu offers two tasting sets, one marked small, the other large. the same items are offered a la carte. since I was not interested in fish...then meat and then to close meat again, I took a flat dish, with mango sour wort and red curry. I asked if the part was regular size and was sure it was. They can see from the photo that it was not. the quality: ok, nothing special. cost: 21€. we were also served an amuse bouche from the chef: that was also ok, apart from the Thai kossauce that was much too salty. I ordered a little wee and an extremely parsimonial glass wee (3/4 inch really) was served with large pumps. I think that the success of this restaurant is largely due to the inexperience of its clientele. I'm sure I'll never sit there again.
Still the best gourmet experience in hannover. a four- or six-course menu with a lot of amazing aromes. the amuse beech with a strawberry/wasabi combination and a soup soup with sparing and bone marrow dumpling was extraordinary. perfect service!. the place for an extraordinary dinner.
I took up a business contact last night and it was the perfect place to eat discreet, professional, good food and some excellent – and unusual – weep. it is about 15 minutes by taxi from the fair in a quiet suburb of hannover. I called the restaurant. an hour before and they had space available, so we jumped in a taxi that brought us to the restaurant. although the employees were all (I think) German, they all spoke well English and were charming a profi throughout. the menu is limited, but this is a good thing because it means that it is freshly cooked, instead of then taken from the freeze cabinet. the menu offers essentially two options a gourmet tasting menu with several cures, or less exotic menu with only five cures from which you can choose one, or two or three dishes accordingly. we both chose the tuna/octopus/chili combination, followed by venison. I asked about the weeping list, but the waiter suggested the wine tasting menu to go with any cure we could take. an amuse bouche came with four or five morsels with intense aromen. then followed the combination of tuna/octopus, strongly influenced by Asian cuisine, the raw thun fish and slightly warm, perfectly boiled otopus was tender and tasty, and combined with sweet chili sauce. the waiter brought a dry white wine with this food. it worked well. then, after a suitable waiting, came the venison, which very pink with truffle sauce, which gave him a deep, rich umami taste. the wee with which it went was a German pinot noir (spätburgunder,) again it was a great choice to go with the rich soße. overall it was a great place for dinner. after an intense day on the fair we arrived a bit stressed and within an hour we were completely relaxed thanks to the friendly, professional staff. the bill for two was around €150. happy with it as worth for money thanks for titus
Titus is a great culinary experience. I've had luck dining two times now at titus, and both experience that I would describe as error-free. eating is extraordinary. service, attentive, but not extreme. the place itself has a great feeling about...it is modern, cozy and somehow gives them the feeling that they are in the living room someone's dining room. on my last visit our table consisted of carnivores, vegetarians and even a small child. all were supplied. I recommend titus for anyone looking for something special.
The restaurant is quite small and offers an intimate dining experience. The décor is modern and a little quirky. The range and quality of food on offer is adequate and the quality is really very good. Service is unobtrusive and staff have a good knowledge...of each dish and its ingredients. Service was also prompt.The range of wines was good and very well matched to the menu. I was in a group of 10 and did not see the bill so cannot comment on cost
