Contribuisci feedbackMy first experience in the viva la vita was just great! we participated in a cooking seminar for a 3-course menu. with 8 friends we registered there. for greeting and convoy there was prosecco. equipped with spices and kocher went into the kitchen. marco the cook and the owner, explained to us everything and stood with rat and did the side. we started with a basilikumparfé, then we prepared everything for mixed antipasti. we fed them in between and had a lot of fun. with rinderfilet, pfifferlingen and gnocchi. we also enjoyed this curs. the basilikumparfé was crowning. I have to say we have learned a lot and had a lot of fun. marco is a wonderful cook and teacher who has made us with much gieduld and his friendliness, all too small kitchen masters: unforgettable!
