It is rare to taste such fine cuisine! bold associations, rare flavors like this deer with truffle oil or this tuna dish with its red beet sauce, the game cream presented as a dessert...All was delicious, the price is obviously in relation: 42€ the menu 4 services, it is not excessive for this quality. the service is discreet and professional. the good organisation in the room and the reduced card shortens the waiting time between the dishes. a small disappointment for the contemporary and basic, rather trivial framework.
