Bismillah - Hanover

The buffet here is fantastic! We visited on Saturday for lunch and noticed we were charged the weekday price, likely because there wasn't as much food available. However, I appreciated the effort they put into rotating the items at the buffet station to keep them fresh and hot. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including butter chicken, house curry, and chicken tikka. The dessert of the day was kheer, and it was absolutely delicious! Additionally, we received complimentary naan at our table, which was a nice touch. The only improvement I could suggest is to offer more protein options; there were only chicken dishes available alongside some vegetable options.

The buffet was fantastic. I truly enjoyed sampling all the dishes they had to offer. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, providing excellent service. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. More people should be aware of this gem!

The lunch buffet is excellent and the dining room is spacious and beautifully designed. The service is friendly, and there are several vegetarian options available.

Update: If you ask for something spicy, be prepared for significant stomach discomfort. I usually handle spicy foods well, but I felt unwell after eating the vegetable biryani. It contained a few pieces of overcooked carrots, cauliflower, and some potatoes. While the rice was flavorful due to its seasoning, it ultimately felt like just rice.

I ordered through DoorDash, so I can’t speak to the in-restaurant experience. However, the Tikka Masala tasted a bit off, and the naan was just okay. Given the price, I think it should include rice as well. Overall, I would rate the food a 2/5.
