Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Hanover

First time to DQ in ages! Better than even all those fond memories! The burgers were outstanding, and the staff was super friendly and super fast! Very clean! At first I was intimidated by the long lines, but soon realized those lines were moving quickly! Amazing business with great value!

The mint Oreo blizzard is by far the best! I hope they keep it all year round. Always really tasty and consistent here!

Incredibly rude manager (bald/facial hair appearance to the customers and delivery persons. He must’ve been angry from stapling bags all day.

Atmosphere is great! Food is average and the ice cream is good. Service was ok depends on the employee. For the record I do like small ice cream parlors and local shops. This is my opinion on this location. It’s a decent spot to have a great treat.Parking: Tons of parking!Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a kids place!

I go to the drive thru in Hanover maybe once a week. No matter what day or time it is, the employees are always professional and pleasant. I’ve been the only customer in line and I’ve been there when there’s a dozen cars in the drive through. They don’t get frazzled or mess up the order. Just wanted to let management and customers know that the team in Hanover is such an asset to Dairy Queen.
